We want you to be happy with what you receive. If something didn't work out, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery — subject to the conditions below.
Returns are straightforward. Follow the steps below and we will take care of the rest.
Submit your return request via our Support page. Let us know your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with the return address and authorisation details.
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to ship the return. Send the item to the Dubai warehouse address provided in the authorisation email, using a tracked shipping method. Share the tracking number with us — we cannot accept returns without it.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method. If your order was split between a gift certificate and another method, the gift certificate amount is reinstated and the balance refunded via your other payment method.
All returns are subject to the following conditions. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

| Item condition | Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. |
| Return window | 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted. |
| Shipping costs | Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for both the return shipment and the re-shipment of the new item — we will invoice the re-shipment fee by email. |
| Lost return parcels | We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Always use a tracked shipping method. |
| Final sale items | For hygiene reasons, bodysuits, undergarments, bras, jewellery, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. |
| Promo & gift card orders | Orders placed using promo codes or gift cards are non-refundable. Discounts are also non-refundable if an item is returned. |
| Damaged or incorrect items | If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 4 days of delivery via our Support page with photos or video of the issue. |
Orders are processed immediately after placement. Because of this, we are generally unable to accommodate post-order changes or cancellations.
If you need to make a change, contact us via our Support page within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do everything we can to help. Once an order has been dispatched, no changes or cancellations are possible. This policy applies to all orders without exception.
We understand this is a firm policy. It exists because we begin processing orders immediately to meet our dispatch commitments — we appreciate your understanding.
Discount and coupon codes must be applied at checkout before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to retroactively apply any discount or promo code — no exceptions.
If an item purchased with a discount is returned, the discount is non-refundable. Only the amount actually paid will be eligible for refund.
