All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Dubai, UAE. We make every effort to ship orders placed before 10am GMT on the same business day. Orders placed after 10am GMT, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has been dispatched and assigned a tracking number, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout.
Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (Paris time). We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
In rare cases, shipping times may vary due to merchandise availability, customs processing, or carrier delays outside of our control.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express. Estimated delivery times below are from the date of dispatch — please allow 1–2 additional business days for order processing before dispatch.

Delivery estimates are provided by DHL and may vary due to customs clearance, local public holidays, or other factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your DHL tracking number and a direct link to track your shipment in real time. Tracking information is typically active within a few hours of dispatch.
