We are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet.
If you wish to change anything about your order, please write to us through our Contact us page within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to amend or stop the order. If this one has already been shipped, we can no longer make any necessary changes to it.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A PRODUCT THAT IS DAMAGED?

If you have received a defective or a damaged product, please get in touch via our contact us page within 4 days from the day you receive your order. Let us know the problem and don’t forget to attach photo or video so we can address the issue clearly.
We will send a replacement if the customer requests for one.
