Membership

Because we produce in limited quantities, we cannot guarantee availability to everyone. Apply to Buy is our membership process — a short application that lets us get to know who is joining our community before we open access to new collections.

There is no automated filter. Every application is read by a real person. We are looking for people who genuinely connect with what we build — not for follower counts or industry credentials.

Visit our About page and fill in the application form at the bottom. It takes less than two minutes. We ask a few short questions about your style and background — not to screen you out, but to understand our community better.

We review applications and respond within one week. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email with access instructions. If it is not the right fit for this season, we will let you know — and you are welcome to reapply next season.

Approved members are notified by email at the start of each new drop — before pieces are made available anywhere else. Members also receive occasional updates on upcoming collections, restocks, and brand news.

Once approved, your membership remains active for all future seasons unless you choose to unsubscribe.

Each style is produced in a fixed, small quantity. We do not restock once a run is sold — this is a direct result of how we produce, not a marketing tactic. Small-batch, hands-on manufacturing has a natural ceiling, and we respect that rather than compromise it to meet demand.

Membership exists precisely so that the people most invested in what we do have the best chance of accessing new pieces before they sell out.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. PayPal and Apple Pay are also available at checkout. Cash on delivery is not currently available.

All products are listed and charged in USD. This will be reflected at checkout regardless of your location.

We can only make changes to your order if it has not yet been fulfilled. If you need to amend or cancel, please contact us through our Support page within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, no changes can be made.

Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

We are sorry if this has happened. Please contact us through our Support page within 4 days of receiving your order. Include a description of the issue along with a photo or video so we can assess it clearly. We will arrange a replacement where applicable.

Sale items are typically final sale. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the most current terms, or contact us if you have a specific query.

Products & Care

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing against the guide rather than going by your usual label size, as our sizing is designed around the specific construction of each piece.

If you are between sizes or unsure, write to us — we are happy to advise based on the specific garment.

Care instructions are printed on the garment label and listed on each product page. As a general rule, we recommend cold hand washing or dry cleaning for most pieces, and avoiding tumble drying. Our materials are chosen to last — proper care is the most important factor in how long a piece stays at its best.

We work with a small group of skilled artisans and independent workshops that meet our standards for craft quality, working conditions, and fair pay. We visit our production partners in person and do not use suppliers we cannot account for.

No. Each style is produced in a fixed quantity and is not restocked once sold. This is a deliberate part of how we produce — not a tactic. If you are a member, you will receive early access notifications before new drops go live, which gives you the best chance of securing a piece before it sells out.
