Shipping and Delivery

We make every effort to ship all orders received by 10am GMT on the same day. Orders placed after 10am GMT, on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day. As soon as your order is given a tracking number, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered at checkout. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm (Paris time). We are closed on weekends. One delivery fee to most locations.
